Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 Single Player Review

call of duty modern warfare 3 single player review
At the beginning of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3, Delta Force team attempt to resume in New York against the Russian invaders. A rocket-propelled grenade reverse your car and your character, Sgt. Derek "Frost" Westbrook, a U.S. Army Ranger, blurs the wreck and looks up to see the skyscrapers of combat jets bomb.

Modern Warfare 3 of the single-player campaign does not waste time learning to action. After shooting a few enemies, a burning vehicle explodes and - boom - "Frost" is cold.

But I'm quickly back into the game. This new modern warfare plays like the previous installments of the hit series - and it's a good thing. The plot more-than-life landed in London, Paris, Berlin and Prague, as well as Siberia and Somalia.

Players will be happy to be back with team return characters, members of Task Force 141 Capt. John Price and John "Soap" MacTavish, who at the end of Modern Warfare 2, was injured while sending a wrong guys, renegade U.S. General Hershel Shepherd.

There is still work to do Price and soap because the force is Russian ultranationalist on American soil. The game is to track down its leader, Vladimir Makarov.

What follows is a tour of duty lasts about six to 10 hours - depending on how you play - adrenaline surge action.

As in previous Call of Duty games, the developers - this time, Infinity Ward team with the newcomer Sledgehammer Games - continually change the fight. After completing the first mission on foot, gel Mans gun on a Black Hawk helicopter during an aerial cat and mouse game in the middle of Manhattan.

Next, a detailed underwater to scuttle a Russian submarine turns into a frantic escape vessel at port war-torn New York. The area is full of sea-going vessels, missiles and implosion of the harbor.

These early scenes show developers aim to make the fighting is taking place on the biggest stages with more fighters than in previous games.

For example, the missions in London and Paris are stocked with a larger invasion force to take down. Fighting an army of Russians in the streets of Hamburg, Germany, feels like a complete scenario of World War III, rather than a thumbnail in a great conflict.

And that mission takes a turn wild when the tank you are driving its prey in the tracks of a multi-level parking.

However, there will be times that players feel they have had this battle before. Hunting the harbor feels like a blink of an eye - even though a larger one - in pursuit of snowmobile Modern Warfare 2. Similarly, the undersea mission covers a diving catch in the previous game.

However, other new twists include a bullet-time sequence of zero gravity and a shooting in a blinding sandstorm.

Also back in Modern Warfare 2: the pre-game warning that the contents of one of the missions could be disturbing or offensive. Players are asked whether they would be able to skip the content when it arises.

PS3 Version
This tactic has been used in Modern Warfare 2 before the "No Russian" scene in which the player's character infiltrates a terrorist cell that goes on a killing in a civil airport-filled. In the new game, the episode is less interactive . The player sees the scene through the eyes of a father and husband filming his wife and daughter, a girl perhaps 5 or 6 years. This is not a major spoiler - but here's your warning - that they are killed in the invasion of the plot.

Some players may feel manipulated, but the device - an example of loss of life and what is at stake in the war - has long been used in books, television and film.

Overall, Modern Warfare 3 of the single-player campaign offers an experience that compares well with the previous chapters. To say, given the turmoil behind the development. Like most fans probably know, Activision Infinity Ward rejected the co-founders Jason West and Vince Zampella in March 2010. The trial ensued, and many veteran Infinity Ward has followed the west and Zampella to their new studio, Respawn entertainment.

Activision enlisted Sledgehammer, a new studio, to consolidate the development process after he was created to build a new third-person Call of Duty games.

Based on the law of averages, any number of things could have been wrong with Modern Warfare 3. To begin, create a single-player campaign that offers is not an easy task. Battlefield 3, for all its forces, launched a solo that does not correspond to the recent call for service entrances.

The developers had a high-end engine to build on, of course, but Modern Warfare 3 does not skip a beat visible. Like Call of Duty track grows, so do the stakes. And developers should be commended for the challenge.

Call Of Duty Modern Warfare 3 provides the current scenario to a satisfactory conclusion.
